  • anti-MLDP / Perilipin 5

    Polypeptide reacting: MLDP = myocardial lipid droplet protein (also described as OXPAT/PAT-1/Perilipin 5). MLDP pertains to the PAT-family proteins, covering the surface of cytoplasmic lipid droplets and sharing a homologuous domain called PAT. Additional PAT proteins (perilipins 1 - 5) including adipophilin (ADRP/perilipin 2), perilipin (perilipin 1), and TIP47 (perilipin 3) are expressed in differentiation-related stages of lipid metabolism.
